Do I need a job offer for Alberta AAIP?

It depends on the stream. The Worker EOI grid generally favours candidates with a valid Alberta job offer, while some Express Entry-linked pathways (e.g. Priority Sectors) do not require one. A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points in Express Entry.
